Physical Therapy and medical fitness

 I offer both Physical Therapy and Medical Fitness that blends physical therapy and fitness/wellness training. It's rehab plus a great workout.

Initial Evaluation: Runs 60-75 minutes. Dress in comfortable work out clothes, shorts preferable. I use the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to assess your breathing, postural, and movement skills. Incorporating your answers to the medical health history, smart goals, and lifestyle questionnaire, we design a lifestyle medicine program that suits your preferences and meets your goals. I strongly encourage clients to find a lifestyle medicine buddy and/or take classes.

  • Traditional PT Services that enhance/correct breathing, posture, and movement patterns
    • Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, soft tissue massage, joint mobilizations, therapeutic exercise, proprioceptive neuromuscluar facilitation (PNF), McKenzie Method, Mulligan Technique, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment Certified
  • On-going Monday and Wednesday 8:15-9:30 am Better Breathing, Balance, and Posture Class
